Siobhan built Inner West Strength because she knows showing up for yourself isn’t always easy, yet it’s the most powerful thing you can do. Strength helped her feel capable through stress, change, and busy days, and she wants others to feel that too.
She empowers people to build confidence in any training space, put structure around their goals, and make progress they can be proud of. She cuts through the gym-bro nonsense and fake promises – no quick fixes, no “dream body in 1 month.”
