Siobhan built Inner West Strength because she knows showing up for yourself isn’t always easy, yet it’s the most powerful thing you can do. Strength helped her feel capable through stress, change, and busy days. She wants others to feel that same shift in confidence.
She coaches with honesty and clear communication. No fake promises. No pressure to fit a certain look. You get structure that supports your goals and fits around real life. You learn good technique so you can move well and feel strong in any gym or training space.
She believes everyone deserves to feel welcome when they train. New lifters, returning lifters, people who have never touched a barbell before. If you’re willing to show up and put in the work, she’s with you all the way.
